Iffat Mukhi
Office Manager, BS, RN
Iffat is the Office Manager who is trained and qualified as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2010 with Honours and worked as a Leukemia Nurse at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas before she joined our team in 2013.Iffat is responsible to make sure that the practice runs seamlessly and that both staff and patients are happy and her experience as a registered nurse and administration means that she is well placed to answer any questions/concerns patients may have. She prides herself in providing the highest level of support to the dentist and patient in surgical and sedation procedures. She loves her job as it means she get to work with great people on a daily basis. In Spare time she loves spending time with her family, travelling, going shopping, and relaxing at home.
Shelly Cook
Office Administrator
Shelly is originally from the Bath/Amherstview area. She went to school for Dental Assisting and graduated as a Level 1 in 1996. Since her graduation she assisted with Dr. Warren. In 2001 Shelly joined Dr. Ross and her team. From assisting, she ventured into the administration aspect of Dentistry. Shelly is a proud mother of 3 beautiful children. When she is not at work she can be found at the hockey rink or on a bus to a game. Shelly loves her job and the patients.
Kimberley Ash
Receptionist
Kim was born and raised in the Kingston area. She graduated as a Dental Assistant in 1992. After a short period of chairside assisting, transitioned to an administrative role, which she has maintained for over 25 years. Kim joined our practice in 2019. She is the proud mother of two grown children and is now enjoying life as an “empty-nester”.
Corry-Lin Stephenson
Dental Hygienist
Corry-Lin grew up in the surrounding areas of Kingston, she studied Nursing at Queens University and obtained her Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting certificate (1995) and graduated with a diploma in Dental Hygiene from Confederation College (2004). She lives a very busy and healthy life style as a mother of two children. She enjoys all outdoor activities year round with a passion for soccer, trail running, camping, and snow shoe racing. She is embraces high standard of professionalism in her dental hygiene career providing nothing less than client centered care for all her clients.
Michelle Watson
Dental Hygienist
Michelle has been part of our dental team since 2011. She brought over 22 years of dental field experience with her. She was born and raised in the Kingston area and she is the mother of two teenage children and a cat. In her spare time she enjoys baking, cooking, travelling and spending time in the sunshine!
Nicole Cowell
Dental Hygienist
Nicole has grown up in Kingston Ontario. She married her husband Curtis in 2011 and together they share 2 dogs and a beautiful baby boy. She graduated Dental Assisting in 2000 and went back to school to receive her Dental Hygiene diploma in 2011. She loves the Dental field and strives to provide outstanding client care.
Rhonda Farrar
Dental Assistant
Rhonda was born and raised in small town Wooler Ontario, eventually settling down in Trenton with her family. She is a Certified Level II Dental Assistant who graduated from Ontario Business College in 1990. She has made a career out of doing what she loves. Rhonda truly enjoys working with a Team that shares her passion for over all health. She creates a positive atmosphere, not just at work, but wherever she may be.
Makenna Zajac
Dental Assistant
Makenna was born in Pembroke Ontario. She comes from a military family so she moved around quite a bit until she settled in Kingston.She moved into Level II dental assistant position after completing her placement with us. During her free time, she enjoys watching movies, fishing, and being with her friends and family.
Jenna Power
Dental Assistant
Jenna grew up in Belleville and moved to Kingston for the dental assistant school.After getting her level II dental assisting certification she joined our team. In her free time she enjoys exploring the city with her boyfriend Jonathan and mom.
Aimee Hull
Aimee was born and raised in kingston. She graduated from Dental Assisting in 2006 and has been working in the field since. When she is not at work she enjoys renovating, decorating and spending time with her family.
Reshma Radadiya
Reshma was born and raised in India. She graduated from Gujrat University with BDS in India in 2017. She moved to Canada in 2019 and currently working as a dental assistant. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends.
